What we collect. Your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and what you write in our forms (the property you're interested in, budget, preferences). We also hold contact details of people who inquired with us before, directly or through the brokerage we work with; if that's you, this notice is shared with you at first contact. Nothing sensitive.

Why. To answer your inquiry; follow up by WhatsApp, phone or email; and, if you ask for them, send saved-search alerts and market reports.

Optional. Occasional property and Los Cabos market updates. Reply “unsubscribe” to any message, or email privacidad@bajaatlas.com, to stop them.

Sharing. With the real-estate brokerage we work with, to handle your inquiry and, where it comes to that, complete a transaction; and, only with your OK, with a partner agent covering your area or property. We never sell your data. Service providers (web hosting, messaging, email) process data only on our behalf and under our instructions.

Your rights. Access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, limit its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacidad@bajaatlas.com with the subject “ARCO rights” and the name and email or phone you contacted us with. We answer within 20 business days.
